Terms of Service

Rimarca provides an AI competitive decision intelligence platform that helps product teams turn market signals into roadmap, positioning, and launch recommendations. We may add, change, or remove features of the service from time to time.

To use the service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are described on our pricing page. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled;
• You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
• We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the service, including the competitors you track, sources, briefs, and data from connected integrations (“your content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it, including the right to connect any third-party accounts and share their data with the service.

The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze market signals and produce summaries, rankings, and recommendations. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only. It may contain inaccuracies, and it is not business, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying output before relying on it and for any decisions you make based on it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by probing, scanning, or testing its vulnerability without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• Use the service to develop a competing product, or scrape or bulk extract data from the service through automated means;
• Submit content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

The service integrates with third-party tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Connecting an integration authorizes us to exchange data with it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Rimarca and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the service. Feedback you provide about the service may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your content before termination takes effect.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your content in accordance with our privacy policy. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the output of the service will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimarca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rimarca harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rimarca is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
