• Workspace content. Information you add to your workspace, such as the competitors you track, the sources you monitor, briefs, notes, and configuration settings.
• Integration data. If you connect a third-party tool such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Slack, we receive the data you authorize those services to share, such as projects, issues, databases, and channels, along with the access tokens needed to maintain the connection.
• Communications. Messages you send us, including through the contact form on our website.
• Usage data. Technical information about how you use the service, such as log data, device and browser type, IP address, and pages visited.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the service;
• Analyze market signals and generate the competitive intelligence, rankings, and recommendations that make up the core of the service;
• Authenticate you and secure your account;
• Respond to your requests and communicate with you about the service, including service updates and administrative messages;
• Monitor, debug, and improve the service;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Some features of the service use artificial intelligence to process your workspace content and connected data in order to produce summaries, rankings, and recommendations. This processing is performed to deliver the service to you, and your content is not used to train generalized AI models without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service, such as cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and AI model providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.
• Connected integrations. When you connect a third-party tool, we exchange data with that tool as directed by you. The third party's own privacy policy governs its handling of your data.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

The service lets you connect third-party tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack. When you authorize a connection, we access only the data you grant us permission to access, and we use it solely to provide the service. For example, when you connect Notion we access only the databases you share with the connection, and when you connect Slack we post to a channel only when you choose to send a signal. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your workspace settings, after which we stop accessing the connected service and delete the associated access tokens.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the service, such as keeping you signed in and maintaining session state. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
